3 Easy Steps To Create A Wreath

Today’s post is short and sweet because it’s all about how to create a wreath for your home in a matter of a few minutes.  Wreaths can be expensive to purchase, but if you buy the materials when they are on sale you can save yourself money and still end up with the beautiful wreath you wanted!  Check out the 3 easy steps to create a wreath for your home.

To begin you will want to gather your supplies:

  • Twig wreath
  • Faux flowers (the ones with a paper feel are my favorite, no shiny plastic!)
  • Wire cutters
  • Hot glue gun

step one |  Begin by placing the largest flower on the wreath first.  Tuck it in between the twigs, twisting around the twigs if possible to help secure it into place.  If you are using a few flowers that are a larger size add them all in at the beginning.  Use the wire cutters to trim the stem if needed.

step two |  Add the smaller flowers second, tucking them in between the twigs.  In this wreath I grouped most of the small flowers right next to my large flower.

Then I added a few more small flowers, sparingly, further out.

step three |  Use the hot glue gun to secure and of the loose flowers into place.

With those three easy steps you have your own wreath for your home!  It really is as easy as it sounds!
